Class Description

Vinyasa 90 @ 90°. This is an energetic, invigorating flow class, often referred to as meditation in motion, linking breath with movement. It is based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga style that focuses on intuition as well as alignment to keep the practice safe. When the asanas (yoga poses) are modified or intensified it is challenging to all levels. This practice will provide you with the opportunity to transform your body and nurture your authentic Self. During this practice you will be led through the following series:

  • integration
  • awakening
  • vitality
  • equanimity
  • grounding
  • igniting
  • stability
  • rejuvenation
  • opening
  • releasing
  • ample time for deep rest

Make this the most rewarding 90 minutes of your day. Prior yoga experience is helpful, but it is not necessary.
