Join us for this 2nd Annual event marking the shift from the winter season to the spring with 108 Sun Salutations, setting dedications of transformation for ourselves, our family and friends, for the world and to our source. Participating in this yogic tradition clears our path for rebirth both physically and spiritually. We will continue to build community as our breath is united as one. Completing all 108 Sun Salutations is not mandatory, but please do commit to being present for the duration of the celebration (modifications will be demonstrated). We will begin by creating intentions in written form, allowing them to manifest through the 108 Sun Salutations and end with a burning ceremony clearing the path for these seeds to germinate. Please avoid consuming a heavy lunch prior to this event.
